You will receive a text/email confirmation a few days before your party - you must respond to this!  This is when you will be able to tell us about your food options (how many pizzas you'd like, if any and music options).

  Answers to commonly asked questions.
Please read:

• Your private birthday party includes admission and skates or in-lines for up to 50 skaters.  Non-skaters are not    counted.  After 50 skaters is $6/each.
• We cannot grant entrance prior to 10 minutes before the start of your party.  We typically book all day and also need you to be cleaned up and ready to go within about 10 minutes after your party.  Therefore, your party host may request you gather to eat and open presents about a half hour before the end of your session.
• Skate mates (trainers/walkers) ARE INCLUDED for private    birthday parties.  However, they are intended forbeginner skaters and may be collected if misuse is occuring (riding on, crashing, etc).
• You cannot bring outside food or drink besides a birthday cake and ice cream.  With advance permission, you may be allowed to bring certain diet necessities such as a veggie tray or gluten free treats that are store-bought and packaged. You'll have an opportunity to ask about this during your confirmation the week prior.
• Private birthday parties are held in our snack bar area.  You have the entire first-floor of our building to yourself.  The balcony is closed for private events.
• You are welcome to decorate, if you'd like!  
• We provide all of the paper products (plates, cups, forks, napkins).  Ours are plain and if you'd like to bring your own to match your theme, you can!
• The week of your party, you'll get to tell us about your food and music requests.
• The deposit you pay today is deducted from this amount and the balance is due at the end of your party.
